Richard Dufty, PANDA Board Member.

Richard Dufty is Senior Producer at Battersea Arts Centre (BAC), leading a producing team responsible for developing and supporting the biggest programme of experimental theatre in the country. Amongst other things Richard started BURST, BAC's spring-time festival of performance and music, and The Graduates, a festival of work by the most exciting theatre artists emerging from colleges across the country each year. He has also had experience of running BAC's youth theatre programmes.

Richard is also a performer/deviser and co-Artistic Director of Uninvited Guests, a Bristol-based experimental theatre group that has toured extensively nationally and internationally. Uninvited Guests recently performed It Is Like It Ought To Be in Edinburgh followed by a national tour.

Prior to starting at BAC Richard had a TV career as a freelance assistant producer, specialising in making children's and schools' factual programmes. Richard has a BA in Drama from Bristol University and an MA in Contemporary Theatre Practice from Lancaster.

Richard joined the PANDA Board in April 2008.
