Advocacy
PANDA acts as an Advocate for the independent performing arts sector, as a gatherer and disseminator of sector intelligence, coordinating network groups and feeding back information gathered in order to influence policy makers.

PANDA reports to Arts Council England and Local Authorities on the concerns and feelings reported back to us by the independent performing arts sector.

The Alternative Arts Debate
In April 2007 PANDA held a one-day open space-style event entitled The Alternative Arts Debate,
in response to the Arts Council's national 'arts debate', feeding the
views of our members back to the Arts Council’s National Office.
