Project Management Service
PANDA members, partners and others can take advantage of the Project Management Service, where for a pre-arranged fee they can benefit from the experience of the PANDA team working as partners on their project.
PANDA is available to assist you with any performing arts project, large or small. We can provide a helping hand to assist with just one aspect of your project, or we can take the whole thing of your hands, managing your complex project from the ideas stage right through to handing over the completed evaluation report.
Here are some examples of the different levels of project management offered by PANDA:
- Sending a direct mailshot to invite VIPs to your show.
- Assisting your company to develop a business plan.
- Registering your new company with Companies House.
- Assisting with your Charities Commission application.
- Hosting your staff or board away-day.
- Running the administration for your new community arts programme.
- Booking your UK tour.
- Facilitating a festival, conference or symposium on behalf of a larger organisation or consortium.
Case Studies
Amongst the many organisations that PANDA have worked with so far are Contact and Northern Edge.
Contact
Project: Tour Booking for I Hear Voices
Contact production I Hear Voices featured three rising stars in spoken word who wove performance, poetry, theatre and sound installation into a fantastic show which proved so successful at Kendal’s Litfest in 2007, that Contact chose it as their first national touring production.
PANDA stepped in to organise a 3-week, 8-date national tour, including 4 regional school workshop and performance packages and a VIP packed opening night at Contact itself.
John McGrath, Artistic Director of Contact said “It was a joy to work with PANDA’s efficient flexible tour booking service. A potentially difficult schedule was managed efficiently and professionally. We are delighted with the results.”
Northern Edge
Project: Next Stage Symposium
PANDA organised and delivered the two-day residential Next Stage Symposium for Northern Edge, the consortium of Northern Universities and even over-delivered on their desired outputs by 21%.
“The whole experience was invaluable.” Participant.
“PANDA’s knowledge of the performing arts sector in the North meant that together we could create a tailored support package that was industry relevant, and it seems, very well received.” Northern Edge.
