Registering your new performing arts company can be a time-consuming headache if you’re not familiar with the process. Why not let PANDA take the strain for you?
For a fee of just £200 (+ VAT where applicable) PANDA will:
- Arrange an initial meeting to help you decide which company formation option is right for you.
- Run a check on the availability of your chosen company name.
- Provide assistance with setting acceptable objectives for your company.
- Provide an overview of the legal responsibilities of setting up a company and the roles of Company Directors and Company Secretary.
- Create an appropriate Memorandum & Articles of Association (governing document) for your company.
- Complete all necessary forms for registering with Companies House.
- Manage all communications with Companies House with regard setting up your new company.
- Facilitate the first Meeting of Board of Directors (where appropriate) and provide formal Minutes of the meeting.
- Provide you with the Certificate of Incorporation from Companies House once registration is complete.
