Managing Invitations to a VIP Showcase
PANDA can work with you on a bespoke project such as managing invitations to a VIP showcase.
From as little as £150 per day (+ VAT where applicable) PANDA will:
- Identify guests (programmers, press, funders) to invite to the VIP showcase and create a database to record all correspondence with guests.
- Distribute your promotional material to guests via email and/or post.
- Coordinate follow up contact via email and phone, recording:
- confirmed guests for each performance;
- guests unable to attend but interested in the work;
- programmers who require further information i.e. marketing pack.
- We can even manage the guest list at the event if required so you have time to concentrate on your meeting and greeting your VIP guests.
