Tour Booking Service
Booking a tour can be a daunting task, particularly if you don’t have the contacts in place to start with. Why not free up your time for more creative activities and let PANDA use our existing network of contacts to book your tour quickly and easily?
For a fee of £150 per day (+ VAT where applicable) PANDA will:
- Arrange an initial meeting to discuss your requirements and agree targets.
- Assemble a team to carry out the work.
- Identify suitable venues and create a database to record correspondence with programmers.
- Make initial contact with programmers via phone.
- Distribute marketing pack via email and/or post to all programmers that expressed an interest in finding out more about the production.
- Follow up programmers via phone and email to negotiate terms and pencil in dates.
- Contact programmers via phone, email and/or post to confirm dates and request / issue necessary contracts.
- Liaise with you throughout the process to ensure that all work is proceeding as agreed.
- Provide a final evaluation report, including full contact details for all dates confirmed and feedback on other responses.
Case Study: Tour Booking for I Hear Voices
Contact production I Hear Voices featured three rising stars in spoken word who wove performance, poetry, theatre and sound installation into a fantastic show which proved so successful at Kendal’s Litfest in 2007, that Contact chose it as their first national touring production.

PANDA stepped in to organise a 3-week, 8-date national tour, including four regional school workshop and performance packages and a VIP packed opening night at Contact itself.
