How To Pay
Information about the PANDA membership fee - how much it is, when to pay it and how to pay it.
How Much Is It?
You get a three month free trial when you register.
Once your free trial expires you can pay the PANDA membership fee or cancel your membership.
The PANDA membership fee is just £20 per year.
When Should I Pay?
You can pay your PANDA membership fee on or after your expiry date, which is the day that your three month free trial runs out.
You will receive a reminder email about one week before your free trial expires with details of how to pay your membership fee.
How Do I Pay?
We prefer all our members to pay their PANDA membership fee via PayPal.

Paying your PANDA membership by PayPal
If you don't have a PayPal account yet...
Go to PayPal and register your free PayPal account by following the instructions on screen. You don't have to wait until your free trial expires to set up your PayPal account, you can do it in advance so you are ready to pay straight away.
Log out of your new PayPal account and follow the instructions below If you already have a PayPal account....
If you already have a PayPal account...
Log in to the PANDA website on or after your expiry date and you will be redirected to a screen which will tell you that your free trial has expired.
Click on the PayPal subscribe button and follow the instructions on screen to pay your PANDA membership fee.
Important note: Do not try to pay your PANDA membership fee directly from your PayPal account - you must use the button on the PANDA website or your PANDA membership will not be automatically extended.
Paying your PANDA membership fee by cheque
If for whatever reason, you would prefer to pay your PANDA membership fee by cheque we will ask for an additional £5 manual processing charge. This will cover the additional administrative and accounting resources required to process the payment manually.
Please send a cheque for £25 made payable to ‘PANDA’, with the member name (and organisation name where applicable) written on the back to:

Got Stuck?
Here are some of the common places that people get stuck when paying their PANDA membership fee:
I've forgotten my password to log in to the PANDA website
We don't have a record of your password, it is completely private, but you can get it resent to you. Try to log in to the PANDA website using your email address and a guess at your password and if you get it wrong you can click on the Forgot your password? link to get it resent to you via email.
I have the correct details but I can't log in to the PANDA website
This may be because your free trial membership expired over a month ago and your member profile has been removed from the website. To get your member profile reactivated so that you can log in and pay your PANDA membership fee contact Rachel Morton on 0161 274 0626 or email rachel@panda-arts.org.uk.
I already have a PayPal account but I've forgotten my log in details
Go to PayPal, click on the link Forgotten your email address or password then follow the instructions to reset your log in details. Then log out of your PayPal account and follow the instructions above If you already have a PayPal account....
I want to pay using someone else's PayPal account
That's fine. As long as you follow the instructions above If you already have a PayPal account... your PANDA membership will automatically be extended, regardless of which PayPal account you used.
