How To Unsubscribe
Information about how to quickly and easily unsubscribe from PANDA emails, your PayPal subscription or your PANDA membership.
Please refer to the Terms of PANDA Membership for full details of how PANDA can use and retain your information, how we can contact you and of exclusions of liability.
Unsubscribe From Emails
PANDA currently has two newsletter groups which you can choose to subscribe to when registering with PANDA:
- PANDA Network Newsletter - sent out weekly on a Friday.
- Special Offers from our Partners - sent out occasionally, as and when offers arise.
You can unsubscribe from one or both of these newsletter groups at any time.
To unsubscribe from one or both of the newsletter groups log in to your PANDA member account, select Edit your details and unsubscribe from one or both of the newsletter groups by unticking the relevant box/es in Section 6: Your Preferences, then selecting Submit Changes at the bottom.
Important note: Unsubscribing from one or both of the newsletter groups does not automatically unsubscribe you from PANDA membership - if you wish to do this follow the instructions below 'Unsubscribe from PANDA'.
Unsubscribe From PayPal
If you pay your PANDA membership fee by PayPal you will have set up an annual subscription which will debit your account £20 every year on the day your membership is due to expire.
You can unsubscribe from PayPal at any time.
To cancel your subscription go to PayPal and log in to your account. If you have recently paid your membership fee details of your subscription will be listed in the overview of your account, if you can't see it there you can search for it in your History.
When you have found your PANDA PayPal subscription simply click on Details and select Cancel subscription.
Your PANDA membership will remain fully paid up and active until the day your membership was due to expire.
Important note: Unsubscribing from your PayPal subscription does not automatically unsubscribe you from PANDA membership - if you wish to do this follow the instructions below 'Unsubscribe from PANDA'.
Unsubscribe From PANDA
You can unsubscribe from PANDA at any time.
Simply send an email to cancel your account.
We would appreciate it if you could include your reason for unsubscribing and any other feedback you have about PANDA before you leave us.
Your PANDA member profile (and where applicable your organisation profile if you are the only registered member of that organisation) and all other electronic records will be deleted.
You are welcome to register with PANDA again at any time, though you will not be eligible for another three month free trial if you join us again in the future.
