Essential ShowStarter Events Coming Up
ShowStarter is a FREE programme of training events to offer development training and advice on your performing arts career or starting your own performing arts company. Events take place on Wednesday afternoons at 2pm with some popular sessions repeated on Monday evening at 6.30pm.

The sessions are under way now and Being Self Employed (renamed 'The Implications of Being Self Employed – A Survival Guide' by session leader John Thewlis) was a huge success on Wednesday. Luckily for those of you who missed it, it's repeated on Monday why not book your place now.
Here are the details of the next two essential ShowStarter sessions:
Being Self Employed
Monday 18th February 2008, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
A session that gives an overview of what it means to be self employed. Practical advice and looking at budgeting will form part of this session. There will be opportunity for question and answer throughout.

Planning Your Business
Wednesday 20th February 2008, 2.00 pm - 4.00pm, repeated Monday 25th February 2008, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
A session about the realities of setting up and planning a business either as a company or an individual. Practical advice and signposting will form part of this session.
