New ACE Grants for the Arts Application Pack

Arts Council England (ACE) are introducing a new Grants for the arts funding application pack in May 2008.
Grants for the arts are for individuals, arts organisations and other people who use the arts in their work. They are for activities that benefit people in England or that help artists and arts organisations from England to carry out their work. Grants for the arts is funded by the National Lottery.
New application pack
The new version of Grants for the arts application materials includes:
- a simpler application form
- enhanced guidance
- revised details of how ACE will assess your application
ACE will accept applications made using the new application pack from Tuesday 20 May 2008. They understand that applicants need time to plan and complete their applications and so we have made the new pack available now, so you can become familiar with it.

Applications made using the current application pack
ACE will continue to receive applications made on the current pack until 5pm Friday 9 May 2008. They will not accept applications on the current pack after this time.
Between 10 May and 19 May inclusive ACE will not process any new applications. This is to allow them to log any applications received on or before 9 May and to amend our internal database to reflect changes in the programme.
