New PANDA Featured Members Unveiled!

The entries to our latest competition to find the new faces of the PANDA membership ranged from the delightful to the predictably deranged, a bit like our members themselves!

But there had to be a winner, actually there had to be a few winners, and in the end we chose three lucky PANDA people. So stand back and get ready to gasp in awe as we pull the little tasseled cord and open the red velvet curtains to reveal the new PANDA Featured Members:

  • Phoebe Cross
A freelance theatre technician and therefore more than capable of putting her own mush up in lights, we decided to pick Phoebe as a new Featured Member because as she rightly points out, 'female techies are under represented and it's time to do something about it!' Indeed.
  • Jamie Fletcher
A live artist and musician working solo and collaboratively with several different experimental performance collectives. Jamie's entry into the Featured Members competition was towards the deranged end of the spectrum, though he won us over by padding out his word count with extra kisses. Yes, flattery will get you everywhere.

PANDA member Jamie Fletcher (and foot).
  • Hannah Salt
A writer "with big ideas and fire in my belly, I want to empower others to do the same through young people's leadership." If you're a young writer yourself why not contact Hannah to find out about some of the projects she's working on at the moment and see if you can get involved?

These lovely people will have their member profile situated on the very first page of the Members section, the most visited page on the whole PANDA website!

They will be replacing our outgoing PANDA Featured Members; Jemma Katy Houghton, Rebekah Morris, Ben Willetts and Garth Williams, who have benefited from their time at the top for long enough.

So, congratulations to our three winners! I'm sure you'll all make them very welcome.
