Notes from North West Artists Development Programme Spotlight On Series

In September 2009, PANDA presented a special series of Spotlight On events as part of the North West Artists Development Programme, run in partnership with Arts Council England, Contact and Zion Arts Centre.

The three events aimed to prepare artists and companies in the North West for the Decibel Performing Arts Showcase and other prime networking opportunities. Each Spotlight On had a different theme, and included a panel of speakers comprised of top arts professionals.
