Our three new faces won their new Featured Members status in the latest round of our regular competition by telling us what's the one thing they'd do if they were the new PANDA Director.

The cheeky Liz O'Neill, former Director of PANDA, took time out from her busy new role at Zion Arts Centre to add a postscript to her time here by sending us some final thoughts! In the past we would have to accuse our selector, ex-PANDA dog Henna, of cheating if Liz had been 'randomly' picked out. But as we're now using a different random selection method, involving a machine called Merlin and an independent adjudicator, we'll let it stand this time.

Another familiar face is that of the lovely Jemma Houghton, who was one of our very first Featured Members back in December 2007. Jemma sent us not one, but two great suggestions for things she'd do if she was in Anne-Marie's shoes, including introducing reviews to the PANDA website. This is an idea we've considered in the past, so if it's something you would like to see or get involved with, then let us know and we'll look into the idea again.

Our final Featured Member for this round, Paul Blackburn, sent us a suggestion for how we could improve our weekly PANDA Network Newsletter. We're constantly working on plans for how to improve our website and newsletter, so if you have any further feedback on how you think we can improve these services please do send them in.

Thank you to everyone who entered the competition - your ideas are always welcomed. If you missed the deadline this time, don't let that stop you sending in your thoughts on any aspect of PANDA. We always want to hear from you, so get in touch and send us your feedback now.
