PANDA Welcomes Julia Turpin Back as Temporary Acting PANDA Manager
Hello all,
I'm Julia Turpin and I am covering as Acting Manager at PANDA in the interim gap between Liz O’Neill leaving for Zion and the new Director taking up the post in early July.
I really enjoyed my time with PANDA as Acting Manager at the end of last year, standing in while Liz was on secondment at Contact. So I’m looking forward to catching up and meeting some new members over the next few weeks.
For those of you new to PANDA who don't know me, I have been working in the Performing Arts sector in the North West for twenty years, initially for Oldham MBC Events Team and more recently as Contact’s international theatre project (Contacting the World) Director.
Highlights while I am here include two Creative Conversations in June and July on the respective themes of Creative Producing and the Future of Touring and a new Spotlight On event scheduled for the 30th June. Also watch this space for some exciting news about Cultural Leadership activity in the North West...
