Project Management Service
A bespoke service where for a pre-arranged fee you can benefit from the
experience of the PANDA team working on your project, no matter how big
or small.

Future Jobs Fund
A scheme to broker and support new jobs for unemployed young people within PANDA members' organisations.
Leadership Lab
A partnership project with GMMAZ, MusicLeader NW and Substance to develop an experimental, credible and aspirational model of leadership learning.
Creative Breaks
A work experience project for 13-17 year olds and people with
disabilities who have expressed an interest in performing arts careers.
ShowStarter
A programme of industry-led masterclasses and seminars to provide first
step training to anyone starting a performing arts career.
Rural Touring Mentoring Scheme
An
annual scheme to offer mentorship to a PANDA company keen to develop
their work for rural touring, run in partnership with Cheshire Rural
Touring Network.

A peer-led professional development and support programme for emerging creative producers in the region.
North West Artists Development Programme
A programme of events and professional development support to assist artists working and living in the region to take full
advantage of national and international networking and development

A two-day residential symposium to help performing arts practitioners take the next step in their career.
PANDA-monium
A Manchester Firsts commission as part of Manchester International
Festival showcasing the finest work from five of PANDA's Incubated
Companies and Associated Artist.
Incubated Companies
Ten performing arts companies were supported during three rounds of this intensive business development incubation scheme.
