Hercules Productions International
Led by Artistic Director, Marcus Hercules, Hercules International Productions is a new company that aims to bring together professional and non-professional artists from diverse communities in Manchester to create real dialogue between people about the issues they face in the inner city.
Hercules International Productions seeks to raise the profile of cultural diversity in the North West through raw new work that challenges the social boundaries of what is perceived to be taking risks and breaking new ground in performance.
Their first show, Different Perspectives looks at the cultural and family politics of being a second generation Jamaican in the UK, a work-in-progress was presented at Contact, Manchester in Autumn 2006.
